Full project management. I work directly with your contractor throughout the build. You have one person tracking the details and making sure the work matches the plan.
How It Works

For projects with structural changes, I bring in a qualified general contractor early. We build a 3D model before anything is finalized, so you see exactly what you are getting before you commit.
A Note on Aging-in-Place Design
I hold a CLIPP certification, which means I am trained in Certified Living in Place design. If you want a bathroom that works beautifully now and stays functional as your needs change over time, that is something I can plan for from the start. It does not have to look clinical. My 2024 ASID award-winning living-in-place bath is proof of that.
